I love smoothies!!! They are an easy way to pack in lots of vitamins, nutrients, and fiber. Especially for my picky toddlers. They are also a great way to start your day and ease your digestive system into preparing to process food.

I love this recipe because it tastes like berries and bananas while still reaping the benefit of the veggies and superfood seeds are adding into it too. This smoothie is jam-packed with vitamins A, B6, C, K, magnesium, potassium, as well as antioxidants, fiber, iron, calcium, folate fatty acid, omega 3 fatty acids, and minerals, oh my!

These vitamins and minerals are so, so, so good for your body and will leave your skin glowing!

Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe:
1 banana

2 handfuls of frozen organic berries

2 handfuls of organic spinach

2 handfuls of organic celery

2 Tablespoons of hemp seeds

2 Tablespoons of flaxseeds

1 teaspoon of ascorbic acid vitamin C
